About Susan

Susan Hall has served as a London-wide Assembly Member since June 2017, replacing Kemi Badenoch after her election to Parliament. Susan was re-elected to the Assembly in May 2021. She became Deputy Leader of the GLA Conservatives in 2018 and was elected Leader in December 2019.

On the Assembly, Susan has led calls for the Mayor to cut his wasteful spending and increase police funding to make London safe. She has published reports on breaking down barriers for disabled Londoners, the Mayor’s record, and protecting London’s brave police officers.

Since 2006, Susan has served as a councillor in Harrow. She led the Conservative Group in Harrow between 2010 and 2017, and led the council between 2013 and 2014. As Leader of Harrow Council, she froze council tax, invested millions more in services for adults with learning difficulties and children in care, and balanced the budget after Labour left a £6 million deficit.

Susan also owns a small business in Harrow, which at one point employed twenty people.
